General Terms & Conditions

1. Return & Refund Policy

     - Refund is permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects.

      - Goods once sold can be exchanged within 7 days. Items being shipped must be done so within the exchange

        period.

      - All items must be unused and must be in the original packaging.

      - The charges for return shipping will be borne by the customer. Goods pick-up service can be arranged for

        AED 25 in Dubai & AED 40 in other Emirates. Alternatively, the customer can arrange for their own shipping

        or drop the items at the store.

      - In case of manufacturing defects, goods pick-up service can be arranged without any charge for UAE

        customers and reimbursements upto AED 50 will be made for international customers.

2. Delivery Policy

      - Items will be shipped within 7 working days. 

      - Orders in the UAE will take upto 3 working days. In case the items are not received in the first attempt,

        additional shipping charges will be levied for every attempt thereafter.

      - International orders will be shipped by Standard Service and can take 7 - 25 days depending on the

        destination country. Import and customs charges at the destination country, if any, will be borne by the

        customer.

      - Items can be picked up from the store as well without any charge.
